When do you need to be focused?
When I was working I need to be focused. Because that helps me keep productive. And I stay focused, when I am reading. Because I only concentrate on the stories. Another thing that I try to be focused is when playing with kids. I put my phone away, which is the biggest distraction. Just let the kids know I’m enjoying playing with them and make them feel seen, safe and respected.
As a student, you should pay attention during the exam. For example, I will take part in the CET-6 English test soon. In terms of listening and reading, the score of the test is very high, which requires me to concentrate very much to get a high score and win the final victory
A lot of times I need to focus on what I'm doing. For example, when I'm reading a book, if I don't pay attention, I may not understand it. when I'm watching a movie, if I don't focus on, I may not understand what the movie says.
