One of the most popular people I know is my colleague, Lexie. We work together at the same company, and she’s very kind and thoughtful, which makes her well-liked by everyone. She’s really popular not only in our department but also throughout the whole company. Both the teachers and managers appreciate her, and her students adore her because of the way she treats them with kindness and understanding. Lexie is always considerate of others' feelings. She’s someone who goes out of her way to understand people’s challenges and is very empathetic. I remember one time we had planned to go mountain climbing together, but on the day, I started feeling unwell. I messaged her to let her know that I couldn’t make it, and instead of being disappointed, she was incredibly supportive. She told me to take care of myself, eat something, and assured me we could go another time. Her understanding and kind nature in that situation really touched me, and it’s one of the many reasons why I admire her. Lexie’s ability to always put others first and her warm personality are what make her so popular, not only with colleagues but also with students.
