I would say the biggest distraction is the smartphone. There are so many things on the phone that attract me. For example, the wechat and the short videos. I tend to check them any time when I have phone with me. And another thing that would distract me is sadness. When I feel sad, I can’t be concentrated. I keep thinking things that make me feel sad and cannot stay focused on other things.
