The pie chart illustrates the expenditure on running cost by a British school in the year of 1981,1991 and 2001. In these years ,the greatest amount of expenditure is the teachers' salaries, which rose from 40% in 1981 to 45% in twenty years' time.The period has also seen a significant increase on the fund on furniture and equipment, from 15% to 23%, despite a fall to 5% in 1991.Insurance fee, has always been taking the little part of the expenditure, has a slightly increase from 2% in 1981 to 8% in the year of 2001. On the other hand, other worker's pay fell from 28% to 15% of total spending in the same time frame. Although the part of resources such as books maintain almost the same from 1981 to 1991, its figure dropped to 9% by 2011. To view the situation as a whole, there were increase in spending for staff salaries , equipment and insurance, but mostly at the expanse of resources and other workers] salaries.

The technology has great affect on people , as a result of which, variation can be found in many aspects in people's social life. Interpersonal communication is a field that has changed a lot with the popularization of technology , it has caused a heated discussion on the ways that the effects that technology has brought on people's relationship. It is undoubtable that technology has simplified the communication. It shortens the distance between people, and communicating becomes easier and faster. Comparing with writing letters in the past, a email or a test seem to be much of convenient. For the people who are too shy to social or those who are unwilling to make friend in real life, it has become easier for them to make new friend through internet. On contrary, the technology also brought some drawbacks, as a reason of which there extinct some discordant voice. More and more people rely on the g Technology has so many benefits that I hold the opinion on, it will be of great help if we can use it properly.
