For me, I think you should find out what triggers you. May be it’s not the symptoms you see, like what your kids do or what your husband said. It might because you’re tired or you worried about something. Try to figure out the internal causes. Second, we should find ways to let us calm down or slow down. For example, close your eyes and count to 10, or do some exercises to relax yourself. And last, we should realize It needs practice and takes time to become more patient.
