I try to get adequate sleep to help me stay concentrated during the daytime. And I do regular exercise to make myself feel refreshed and energetic. That also helps with the concentration. And sometimes we have so many things to do and don’t know where to start. Then a To-Do list will help. I just list what need to be done and in what order. Your brain loves ordered tasks. Then, do it, one by one, and crossed them out. So the To-Do list definitely helps me keep focused and efficient.
